The 1300 sq ft loft space located in East Williamsburg has a versatile open triangular layout and minimal furnishings that allow the space to accommodate multiple set-ups with depth and character.

The space is perfect for small to medium sized video productions. For larger productions, additional space is available across the hall by request. The high ceilings easily accommodate a 9 ft backdrop for photoshoots and the southern facing windows produce a beautiful natural light. Check out our Instagram page for more photos and updates.

Rentals start at $120/hr at a minimum of 3 hours.
All the furniture and props can be used, moved or stored. A location manger is included to help with set up and breakdown. The freight elevator goes to street level for easy load in and load out. The breaker box is located within the space. Basic grip equipment, 3 C-stands, background stand, V-flats, mirrored flat, steamer, clothing rack and more are included in the rental price.
